What are my payment options?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All funds must be received and cleared before orders will be shipped. All of your personal and credit card information will be kept strictly confidential.

When is my creditcard charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time you place the order.

Are there any taxes on my order?
5% GST will be added to all orders shipped within Canada. Additionally, 7% PST will be added to all orders shipped within British Columbia. Canadian taxes will not be applied to orders shipped to the United States. Beauty Land is not responsible for any customs or duty fees that may be charged to US shipments (this is just to cover our butts. Whenever possible, US orders are shipped from Washington State so this is a moot point!).

Where do you ship too?
We now ship to Canada, US and Internationally! If ordering outside of Canada or the US, we will contact you after the order is placed for shipping rates. You can also contact us for an International shipping quote. Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
* tip: remember if you are electing to have an order shipped to a home address someone should be there to receive it. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for returned orders.

How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 48 hours. For North American orders, please allow 2 to 7 business days for your delectable items to arrive. All orders shipped via FedEx Ground. For International customers, please contact us for a shipping quote.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat fee of $20US/CDN for shipping and handling. For International customers, please contact us for a shipping quote.

What is your return policy?
Sorry we can not give exchanges or refunds on products. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
